Hi Andrew, I actually disagree. My husband started his foreclosure cleaning business less than a year ago and we have gotten extremely busy. Maybe it's your immediate area where you are located. Have you signed up with the reo banks and asset management companies?

You need to get signed up with the banks and asset management companies. We got a list at www.listbankrepos.com We ordered their foreclosure cleanup training guide and it came with a free list. The list was very accurate. We started getting work orders in about 2 days.
what did it cost you for this list?
hello....what i would suggest is to contact the different Asset Mgmt co. and find out who is over the REO dept. Once you find that out, you should be on your way
