I am in the same boat... When you find out can you share with me. I network with friends over here in Florida.... There are some banks that thy have the own prices and if you want the business you have to do what the clients want.
COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT INSURANCE YOU GOT TO GET STARTED?
don't worry, you actually don't have to have any experience in this business, however to get the contracts from the banks, you will have to register with them all individually. It does takes time to make sure all of your profiles are complete, but once you have registered with all the banks, you just have to wait until you start receiving emails requesting you work. The Reo Asset managers generally do all job request via email. There is a very good list that I got of the bank contacts, it saved me alot of time and then I just registered with them all. I got my first jobs request within 2 days. that banks is now steady business for me. Here is the website where I got the list of bank contacts:

Hi Daniel. What did you need for your first clean up job? I am new to the business and am going to take a look at what you posted.

Thanks!
Hi everyone! I got a contract with HSBC directly.I just called the bank asked for the person who handles reo/ foreclosures. and just so you all know they were using a national company for all their bus. They became unhappy and wanted to use local vendors in the areas their properties where in. Maybe we were in the right place at the right time? the moral of the story GO FOR IT! go right to the top!! and tell them what you do send them your information. It blows me away when someone says"we cant compete with the national players?" well, we just blew them right out of the water! Go get em :)
Thanks.... Because soemthimes if feels your doing all this work and the banks are not giving us a chance
Good for you Joel!!! Keep Cranking them out!
Hi,

Which insurance(s) the banks requiring us to have?
the insurance is general liability insurance for $1,000,000 policy. I would get a couple of quotes to get the cheapest rate. for training, I would recommend getting the foreclosure cleaning business training guide from http://www.listbankrepos.com , we bought it when we were starting out and it covers all of this
Thanks Daniel. I appreciate it a lot. Will get the training guide.
I went on that site to get the guide... there are a few different options. Which one is the best?
No problem, I hope it helped.
