Majority of the Banks and Asset Management Companies use the hud guidelines to set their pricing structure and maximum amounts allowable for each different service you can offer. I would highly recommend getting a copy of them, I left you the link where I got them in a training guide I had gotten, good luck!

we just purchased the foreclosure cleaning pricing guide from www.listbankrepos.com recently and it really helped me understand how I should set up my prices and rates, we immediately were able to price our jobs right, we received a bid request 2 days ago and finished our bid very quickly and then submitted it up to the bank, and today we got an approval and we are doing a really large trashout tomorrow! yeah!
Depending on the asset company, the price schedule for debris removal is about $22.50 per cyd. You could always bid more for heavier or oversized debris.
stick to  fannie mae or freddie mac type of companies or as close to those companies as possible b/c they are paying anywhere from 34-45 per CU
is the going rate $25.00 per cyd?
all depends who you work for
how much does hud pay for tire removals in tx

The HUD allowable is $50/cubic yard. With a crew of 4, I've worked my way through a house full of 30cuyds of junk where most of it was furniture and old clothes, tires and paint in just under 6 hours. I've also taken 2 days for the same amount of debris because it was all little tiny stuff out in the yard and smeared throughout the house that had to all be raked up.

How do I get started?

What is a good minimum price for trash clean out on mobile homes?

Hello,
Could you tell me how I could get into the business of cleaning and maintaining
foreclosure properties for HUD, banks, etc? I am in Arkansas but figures most
states would be close enough to the same at getting in touch with companies?

Thanks
Steven
