I have a list of asset management companies and have begun emailing them.  I am curious as to what to say and what they need to know.  Also after contact and orders start to come in, how do I know what to do as far as pictures they need and billing them.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Emailing them will really get you No where, there are not going to talk to you unless you are registered with them, Also, they will not send you any orders unless you are registered and they have a signed w-9 on file. Nearly all banks and reo asset managment companies have specific requirements how you do the billing, they usually give you a guide that tells you their procedures once you are registered with them.
how do you go about registering with them? what do they need? Do you need to send a w-9 when you register? Or do they contact you after you register and then do you send them a w-9? i am very motivated and determined to be successful at this. any information or steps you could provide for me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. Please feel free to email me at jcs3178@msn.com
You need to fill out the vendor apps for these asset companies
I'm just getting started. Where did you buy your contact list and would you recommend it for others? I am starting out in Maine on the southern coast.
I got my list from www.listbankrepos.com it was very accurate and cheap
Thanks for the help, I'll give them a try
Hey Daniel, is this list up to date and actual? I've been taken advantage of before and just wanna be cautious. If so what's the price and approximately how many on the list. Thanks in advance for your prompt response...
Yes, this list was very accurate. I think it has over 1000 contacts. It was $49.99 but I think it was worth it. We called up one bank and got two jobs from it the same week. So, yes, it definitely paid off. We have signed up with most of the banks now and 11 of them are giving us steady work. Yesterday we got an email from a very large lender and they asked us to provide 3 bids on different properties for them. We are very satisfied with it. I hope this helps and wish you good luck!
Thanks alot Daniel!!! I also would like to know where to find different form templates for bidding, etc. If you can help me with this, I would truly appreciate it!
Hi James did you get the forms tremplates for bidding? I am also looking to see how people bid.
Here is the link to the FREE forms temp-let to use for bidding your jobs and work, you can completely customize it, add your own logo and information, and more. Just download it and start adding your own company information right away. And it's free, take advantage of it!
